How to make Bhakhari, Evening bread
You will need
- Flour
- Oil
- Pinch of salt
- Water
Method
- Take the flour, salt, oil and water and knead into a stiff dough.
- Break the dough into walnut sized pieces and roll
out until they are a couple of milimetres thick.
- Dry fry in a heavy based pan for a good few minutes or so on
each side, crushing them periodically.
