How to make Bhakhari, Evening bread

Evening Bread


You will need

  • Flour
  • Oil
  • Pinch of salt
  • Water

Method

  1. Take the flour, salt, oil and water and knead into a stiff dough.
  2. Break the dough into walnut sized pieces and roll out until they are a couple of milimetres thick.
  3. Dry fry in a heavy based pan for a good few minutes or so on each side, crushing them periodically.
