Friday, Hurrah. It's a long weekend this weekend. It's Australia day tomorrow which should be interesting.

To make the day even better, I've managed to find a decent beer! I've been looking for some decent bitter (Bitter is a beer ,like lagre, only darker and colour and fuller in flavour.) ever since I left the UK with very little success. Cooper's Dark is closer to a porter (think Guinness - but with a bit more bite. Try Guinness Original if you can find it) than a bitter in looks, but tastes similar to an old ale (darker and stronger even than a bitter).

To tomorrow
