50 g "(2 oz) butter
75 g (3 oz) chocolate
1 cup icing sugar
1 tablespoon rum
1 teaspoon cocoa
coconut / cocoa

Heat butter and chocy 'till melted. add half of the icing sugar and stir 'till it is thick enough to handle. Add rum, cocoa and enough icing sugar to make a stiff mix. Roll into balls and cot in coconut or cocoa or whatever else takes your fancy (note: curry powder is probably not a good idea). Job done.
