I'm just trying to get all my bits and pieces sorted today before my flight up to Darwin tomorrow. I'll outline my rough plans here as I'm not sure how often I'll be able to update the site for a while...

I fly up tomorrow, then I've a couple of days in Darwin before joining an Adventure Tour south. The tour will take me through Kakado national park (for three days), then down to Alice springs (another three days). From here we'll travel out to Uluru (Ayres rock) via the Olgas and King's Canyon (another three days). It's back to Alice Springs for a night before flying across to Cairns. Now from here it gets a little less planned - well completely unplanned. I'd like to do some diving - off the Great Barrier Reef - and I'd also like to go and see some rain forest. Apart from that, I don't really know. I should be back in Sydney for around the start of June and I'll fly off to New Zealand from here.

It's really strange to be leaving Sydney. I've been here for such a long time now (over four months!) that it's - well it's just wierd. It's more the people that I'm going to miss I think than the place itself...
