All these pictures were taken at Avdat National park.

Avdat is was founded by the Nabateans in the 4th century BC(E. It is a way station along the spice route leading from the Orient
and the Arabian Peninsula, via Petra and the Negev to the Mediterranean. All of the main routes ran through Avdat making it one of the
most important cities to the Nabateans.
